Product Management

Products are templates that define device types, thing models, and authentication methods.

Create Product

1. Go to IoT > Product Management → Add
2. Fill in name, category, device type (direct/gateway/sub-device), auth method
3. Save and configure thing model in the product detail page

Configuration

• Basic Info: Name, category, data format (JSON/custom)
• Thing Model: Define properties, services, events — see Thing Model
• Device Auth: Manage authorized device list
• Firmware: Upload firmware versions (open-source records only; commercial supports OTA)
